His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees and charges payable under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984. This Regulation is made under the Associations Incorporation Act 1984, including section 73 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2000.

The Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
