NIALL BLAIR, MLC Minister for Primary Industries Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to declare Murray Valley Wine Grape Industry Development (Extra-territorial) Order 2016 of Victoria to be a recognised foundation instrument for the purposes of the Agricultural Industry Services Act 1998. This Regulation is made under the Agricultural Industry Services Act 1998, including sections 32D and 51 (the general regulation-making power). Insert instead "2016". (2) Clause 16 (3) Insert after clause 16 (2): (3) A reference in this clause to the local government area of Wakool is a reference to that part of the local government area of Murray River that consists of the local government area of Wakool as constituted immediately before the commencement of the Local Government (Council Amalgamations) Proclamation 2016.
