Casino Control Amendment (Access to Information) Regulation 1999

Casino Control Act 1992
His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Casino Control Act 1992.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to permit information acquired by a person in the course of the exercise by the person of functions under the Casino Control Act 1992 to be divulged to the Minister administering that Act or to the Director-General of the Department of Gaming and Racing. In addition, a reference in clause 24 (2) of the Casino Control Regulation 1995 to the Police Integrity Commission is omitted as a consequence of an amendment made by the Police Integrity Commission Amendment Act 1998. This Regulation is made under sections 148 and 170 of the Casino Control Act 1992.
