Schedule 1 [1] Part 24, rule 1 Amendments (Clause 3) Insert before the definition of medical expert: "issuing officer" means a registrar or a clerk of the Court in a registry. [2] Part 24, rule 6(1) Omit "a registrar", insert instead "an issuing officer". [3] Part 24, rule 6(3) Omit "the registrar", insert instead "the issuing officer". Page 2
