New South Wales Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Amendment (Native Vegetation) Regulation 2017 under the Conveyancing Act 1919 His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Conveyancing Act 1919. VICTOR DOMINELLO, MP Minister for Finance, Services and Property Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to amend the Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulation 2017 to provide that a set aside relating to the clearing of native vegetation under Part 5A of the Local Land Services Act 2013 and a remediation order under Part 11 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 are adverse affectations of land for the purposes of a contract for the sale of land. This Regulation is made under the Conveyancing Act 1919, including section 52A.
