2005 No 424 New South Wales Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2005 under the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998 Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998. GRANT McBRIDE, M.P., Minister for Gaming and Racing Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to prescribe certain days as commemorative days on which two-up may be played under the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998. This Regulation is made under the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998, including section 4A and section 31 (the general regulation-making power). This Regulation relates to matters of a machinery nature.
