2005 No 413 New South Wales Local Courts (Transitional Fees) Repeal Regulation 2005 under the Local Courts Act 1982 Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Local Courts Act 1982. BOB DEBUS, M.P., Attorney General Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Local Courts (Transitional Fees) Regulation 2004. The fees fixed by that regulation are in future to be fixed by regulations under the Criminal Procedure Act 1986. This Regulation is made under the Local Courts Act 1982, including section 28 (the general power to make regulations) and clause 16 of Schedule 1.
