Notice of Final Determination
under the

Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995

The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 has made a final determination to insert the following species as a critically endangered species under that Act and, accordingly, Schedule 1A to that Act is amended by inserting the following in Part 1 in alphabetical order in the matter relating to Dilleniaceae under the heading "Plants": Hibbertia sp. Turramurra (A.F. Robinson s.n. NSW 981514) This Notice commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. Dated, this 15th day of September 2015.
