His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the State Contracts Control Board as an authority for the purposes of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987. This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, including the definition of authority in section 3 (1) and section 43 (the general regulation-making power).
