GLADYS BEREJIKLIAN, MP Treasurer Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to amend the Public Finance and Audit Regulation 2015 to prescribe the New South Wales Treasury Corporation as a statutory body by prescribing the funds under the management of the Corporation, with the effect that the Corporation and prescribed funds may be audited by the Auditor-General under section 45 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. This Regulation is made under the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, including sections 44 (1) (b) and 64 (the general regulation-making power).
