CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PROCEDURE) ACT 1997 No 86--PROCLAMATION

Gordon Samuels, Governor. I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Procedure) Act, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 4 January 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
