2001 No 126 New South Wales Property, Stock and Business Agents (General) Amendment (Fees and Contributions) Regulation 2001 under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 1941 His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 1941. JOHN WATKINS, M.P., Minister for Fair Trading Explanatory note The objects of this Regulation are: (a) to increase the fees and contributions in relation to licences payable under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 1941 by real estate agents, stock and station agents, business agents, strata managing agents, community managing agents and on-site residential property managers, and (b) to increase the contributions payable under that Act by licensed conveyancers to the Property Services Compensation Fund. This Regulation is made under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 1941, including section 92 (the general regulation-making power).
