MELINDA PAVEY, MP Minister for Roads, Maritime and Freight Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to amend the Roads Regulation 2008 to declare Roads and Maritime Services to be the roads authority for a certain temporary public road (to be used for residential access) off Arthur Street, Randwick, in the vicinity of the Sydney light rail project. This Regulation is made under the Roads Act 1993, including sections 7 and 264 (the general regulation-making power).
