I, the Minister for Primary Industries , in pursuance of section 71Z of the Water Management Act 2000, make the following Order. Dated this 20th day of February, 2014.

KATRINA HODGKINSON, MP Minister for Primary Industries Explanatory note This Order is made under section 71Z of the Water Management Act 2000. The object of this Order is to repeal the Access Licence Dealing Principles Order (No 1) 2013 ­ Murray Darling Basin which prohibited certain dealings under Division 4 of Part 2 of Chapter 3 of the Water Management Act 2000 in the Murray Darling Basin in NSW.

1 Name of Order This Order is the Repeal of Access Licence Dealing Principles (No 1 ­ Murray Darling Basin) Order 2014. 2 Commencement This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website. 3 Repeal This Order repeals the Access Licence Dealing Principles Order (No 1) 2013 ­ Murray Darling Basin made under section 71Z of the Water Management Act 2000 dated 20 December 2012 and published on the NSW Legislation website on 28 December 2012.
