1995--No. 209 STRATA TITLES (LEASEHOLD) ACT 1986--REGULATION (Relating to fees) NEW SOUTH WALES [Published in Gazette No. 70 of 9 June 1995] HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Strata Titles (Leasehold) Act 1986, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder. The Strata Titles (Leasehold) Regulation 1989 is amended by omitting clause 43 and by inserting instead the following clause: Fees payable to Registrar-General (1974 Regs. 52 and 80) 43. The following fees are payable to the Registrar-General: $ 1. On lodgment of a plan for registration as a strata plan of subdivision, a strata plan of consolidation or a building alteration plan................................................ This Regulation is made under the Strata Titles (Leasehold) Act 1986, including sections 57B and 196 (the general regulation-making power, in particular, section 196 (1) (d))
