MARITIME SERVICES ACT 1935--REGULATION
(Relating to fees for occupation licences)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Maritime Services Act 1935, has been pleased to approve the Regulation made by the Maritime Services Board of New South Wales and set forth hereunder.

The Maritime Services Board of New South Wales, in pursuance of the Maritime Services Act 1935, hereby makes the following Regulation:
Commencement 1. This Regulation commences on 1 September 1991. Amendments 2. The Management of Waters and Waterside Lands Regulations-- N.S.W. are amended by omitting from the Regulation specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this clause the matter specified opposite that Regulation in Column 2 of that Schedule and by inserting instead the matter specified opposite that Regulation in Column 3 of that Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Management of Waters and Waterside Lands Regulations--N.S.W. so as: (a) to increase the fees payable in relation to occupation licences (licence fee, inspection fee, relocation fee, transfer fee, substitute vessel fee); and (b) to increase the fee payable for the attendance of officers of the Maritime Services Board, outside normal business hours, in relation to applications for certain licences.
