CONVEYANCING ACT 1919--REGULATION
(Relating to land under the Community Land Development Act 1989)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Conveyancing Act 1919, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 September 1995.

Amendment
2. The Conveyancing (General) Regulation 1992 is amended: (a) by omitting from the definition of "deposited plan" in clause 3 (1) the words ", the Strata Titles (Leasehold) Act 1986 or the Community Land Development Act 1989" and by inserting instead the words "or the Strata Titles (Leasehold) Act 1986"; (b) by inserting in item 8 of Schedule 7 after the words "telephone request" the words "and other than a copy relating to land the subject of a community, precinct or neighbourhood plan under the Community Land Development Act 1989"; (c) by inserting after item 8 of Schedule 7 the following item:
8A. For supplying a copy, available from the

(b) of a management statement relating to 3.90 such a plan (c) of a development contract relating to 3.90 such a plan (d) of an annexure to such a plan, statement or contract 3.90 (d) by inserting after the first paragraph of item 17 in Schedule 7 the following paragraph:

In the case of land the subject of -a community, neighbourhood or precinct plan under the Community Land Development Act 1989: (a) for each additional sheet in excess of 4 (b) for the management plan accompanying the community, neighbourhood or precinct plan, including any associated plans or sketches (c) for any development contract accompanying the community, precinct or neighbourhood plan (e) by inserting after item 17 in Schedule 7 the following
17A. On lodgment of an additional or replacement sheet in conjunction with an application to amend a registered community, precinct or neighbourhood plan under the Community Land Development Act 1989

EXPLANATORY NOTE The object of this Regulation is to amend the Conveyancing (General) Regulation 1992 in connection with the making of the Community Land Development Regulation 1995. The amendments apply the provisions of the Conveyancing (General) Regulation 1992 to land the subject of a community, precinct or neighbourhood plan under the Community Land Development Act 1989 and prescribe the fees payable in connection with matters relating to such land. The fees are the same as those currently applying to those matters. This Regulation is made under the Conveyancing Act 1919, including section 202 (the general regulation making power).
