1997 No 273 New South Wales Recreation Vehicles (General) Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1997 under the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983 His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983. CARL SCULLY, MP Minister for Roads Explanatory note The object of this Regulation is to increase the application fee for the registration of a motor vehicle under the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983 from $33 to $34. This Regulation is made under the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983, including section 44 (the general regulation-making power, and in particular, section 44 (1) (k)).
