2000 No 327 New South Wales State Authorities Superannuation (Eraring Energy) Order 2000 under the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 (L.S.) By His Excellency's Command, JOHN DELLA BOSCA, M.L.C., Special Minister of State Explanatory note The Energy Services Corporations (Eraring Energy) Regulation 2000 constitutes an electricity generator called Eraring Energy as an energy services corporation under the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995. The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 so as to include Eraring Energy in the list of employers whose employees are subject to the State Authorities Superannuation Scheme established under that Act. This Order is made under section 46 of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987.
