I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (3) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 26 April 1996 as the day on which Schedule 20 to that Act commences. EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to commence a provision amending Schedule 3 to the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 so as to provide for the remuneration of a full-time President or Deputy President of the Guardianship Board. This Proclamation is made under section 2 (3) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1988.
