I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 March 1990 as the day on which item (1) of the amendments to the Greyhound Racing Control Board Act 1985 and item (1) of the amendments to the Harness Racing Authority Act 1977 set out in that Schedule commence.
