LISTENING DEVICES ACT 1984 - SECT 9

9 Manufacture, supply etc of listening device for unlawful use

(1) A person shall not:

(a) manufacture,

(b) supply or offer to supply, or

(c) possess,

a listening device for use in contravention of section 5.

(2) In subsection (1), "supply" includes sell and distribute.
