ROAD TRANSPORT AMENDMENT (OBSTRUCTION AND HAZARD SAFETY) ACT 2013 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

This Act commences on:

(a) the date of assent to this Act, or

(b) if the date of assent to the Road Transport Act 2013 is later than the date of assent to this Act--the date of assent to the Road Transport Act 2013 .
