Approved interlock devices

21A Approved interlock devices

In this Part, an
"approved interlock device" is an interlock device of a type approved by the Authority by order published in the Gazette.

Note: The Authority may amend or repeal an order made under this section. See section 43 of the Interpretation Act 1987 .
