DISABILITY SERVICES REGULATION 2010 - NOTES

Repeal:

The Regulation was impliedly repealed by repeal of the Disability Services Act 1993 by sec 50 of the Disability Inclusion Act 2014 No 41 with effect from 3.12.2014.

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Disability Services Act 1993.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe a class of services for the purposes of the definition of
"designated service" in section 4 of the Disability Services Act 1993.
This Regulation is made under the Disability Services Act 1993, including the definition of
"designated service" in section 4 and section 26 (the general regulation-making power).
This Regulation comprises or relates to matters set out in Schedule 3 to the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, namely matters arising under legislation that is substantially uniform or complementary with legislation of the Commonwealth or another State or Territory.
