Greyhound Racing Authority (Appeals) Regulation 1999

Note:

The Greyhound Racing (Appeals) Regulation 1999 (formerly the Greyhound Racing Authority (Appeals) Regulation 1999) made under the Greyhound Racing Authority Act 1985 is on and from 10.2.2003 taken to have been made under the Greyhound Racing Act 2002 No 38. See clause 22 of Schedule 6 to the Greyhound Racing Act 2002.

Note:

The Regulation is to be repealed on the commencement of sec 51 of the Greyhound and Harness Racing Administration Act 2004 No 36 (to commence on 1.10.2004).
