New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Motor Dealers Regulation 2004 , had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation.
(2) A notice for a form set out in Schedule 3 that is prescribed does not cease to be a notice in or to the effect of that form merely because the notice refers to an inspection report issued in accordance with the regulations under the Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Act 1997 instead of the statutory rules under the Road Transport Act 2013 .
