His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Racing Appeals Tribunal Act 1983.
Minister for Gaming and Racing.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Racing Appeals Tribunal Regulation 1994 and to replace it with this Regulation which is in substantially the same terms as the Regulation to be repealed.
This Regulation is made under the Racing Appeals Tribunal Act 1983, including section 18 (regulations concerning appeals), section 23 (the general regulation-making power) and clause 1 of Schedule 1 (savings and transitional regulations).
This Regulation is made in connection with the staged repeal of subordinate legislation under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
