Passengers to remain wholly within trains
22 Passengers to remain wholly within trains
A person who is on a train must not, without reasonable excuse:
(a) protrude
any part of the person's body from an open door or window of the train, or
(b) touch any building, structure or other object outside the train.
Maximum
penalty: 5 penalty units.
