New South Wales Repealed Regulations New South Wales Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) For the purposes of section 105 of the Act:(a) each offence created by a provision specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 is declared to be a penalty notice offence, and(b) subject to subclause (2), the prescribed penalty for such an offence is the amount specified in Column 2 of Schedule 1.
(2) In the case of an offence arising under clause 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 of this Regulation, the prescribed penalty for the offence is $50 if the person alleged to have committed the offence is under the age of 18 years.
