The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Criminal Code Amendment (Arson) Act 2010.

2 Act amended

This Act amends the Criminal Code.

3 Section 239 amended

(1) Section 239(e)

omit

aircraft,

insert

aircraft; or

(2) After section 239(e)

insert

(f) a motor vehicle or trailer attached to a motor vehicle;

(3) Section 239(a), (b) and (c), at the end

insert
