The Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory enacts as follows:

1 Short
title
This Act may be cited as the Treasury and Finance Legislation Amendment Act 2020.
(1) This Act, other than Parts 2, 3 and 4, commences on the day after the day on which the Administrator's assent to this Act is declared.
(2) Parts 2 and 3 are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2020.
(3) Part 4 is taken to have commenced on 1 December 2020.
