Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A warrant permits the inspector to whom it is directed, and any person authorised under section 99 to assist the inspector, to do the following:
(a) enter the residential premises specified in the warrant;
(b) exercise any of the powers specified in sections 107 and 108.
(2) The warrant remains in force for 1 month from the date of issue.
