Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Law Society may enter into an agreement or arrangement with an insurer or another person, whether carrying on business in this jurisdiction or not, for the operation of a scheme to provide professional indemnity insurance to law practices.
(2) Professional indemnity insurance provided under the agreement or arrangement must be in accordance with terms and conditions approved by the Society either generally or in relation to specific matters.
