Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) When dealing with a claim under this Part involving a law practice or an Australian legal practitioner, the Law Society may consult and cooperate with another person or body who or which has powers under the corresponding law of another jurisdiction in relation to the practice or practitioner.
(2) For subsection (1), the Society and the other person or body may exchange information concerning the claim.
