Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Law Society may, in writing, appoint a suitably qualified person as an investigator to investigate a complaint as agent of the Society.
(2) An appointment under subsection (1) may be made generally (to apply for all complaints or for all complaints of a specified class) or for a specified complaint.
