Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAfter completing an investigation of a complaint against an Australian legal practitioner, the Law Society may dismiss the complaint if satisfied:
(a) it is frivolous or vexatious; or
(b) there is no reasonable likelihood that the practitioner will be found guilty by the Disciplinary Tribunal of either unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct; or
(c) it is in the public interest to do so.
