Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) When dealing with a complaint or conducting an investigation, the Law Society may consult and cooperate with another person or body (whether in Australia or a foreign country) who or which has or may have relevant information or powers in relation to the person against whom the complaint was made or the person under investigation.
(2) For subsection (1), the Society and the other person or body may exchange information concerning the complaint or investigation.
