Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a legal practitioner who, immediately before the commencement date, held appointment under the repealed Act as one of Her Majesty's Counsel.
(2) Despite the repeal of the repealed Act:
(a) the practitioner continues to hold the appointment; and
(b) is entitled to use, as appropriate, the titles:
(i) Her Majesty's Counsel and Queen's Counsel; or
(ii) His Majesty's Counsel and King's Counsel.
