Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsIf the Minister believes on reasonable grounds that there have been repeated contraventions of this Act or another Act, or irregularities in the operation or administration of a facility, the Minister may issue an enforcement order to the responsible entity for that facility:
(a) requiring action to be taken; and
(b) specify any variation of conditions of the licence granted to operate the facility.
