Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the responsible entity for a cemetery must do the following not later than 12 months after the commencement:
(a) establish a cemetery plan under section 24 (1);
(b) if required – establish a policy required under section 27 (4), 2022_19247.html#_Ref93152934">28 (1), 2022_19247.html#_Ref101616376">57 (1) or 2022_19247.html#_Ref101616379">60 (1);
(c) ensure the information specified in section 29 is available on the responsible entity's website;
(d) ensure the information specified in section 30 is displayed at the cemetery.
(2) If the responsible entity for a cemetery is required to act in accordance with a policy mentioned in subsection (1)(b), the responsible entity must establish the policy before taking action.
