COMMUNITY JUSTICE CENTRE ACT 2005 (NO 40 OF 2005) - SECT 12

(1)     The words "Community Justice Centre" must not be used in the name of an organisation other than the Centre.

(2)     A person must not contravene subsection (1).

Penalty:     If the offender is a natural person – 100 penalty units.

If the offender is a body corporate – 500 penalty units.
