COMMUNITY JUSTICE CENTRE ACT 2005 (NO 40 OF 2005) - SECT 14

Mediation services provided for a dispute may be terminated at any time by any of the following:

    (a)     a party to the dispute;

    (b)     the Director;

    (c)     a mediator providing the services.
