COMMUNITY JUSTICE CENTRE ACT 2005 (NO 40 OF 2005) - SECT 38

(1)     This section applies to a person who is employed or engaged, or holds an office –

    (a)     on a full-time basis; or

    (b)     on the basis that the person may not –

        (i)     be otherwise employed or engaged; or

        (ii)     otherwise hold an office.

(2)     Despite any other Act, the person is not disqualified from being appointed or remunerated as one or more of the following:

    (a)     a mediator;

    (b)     a Council member;

    (c)     a Committee member;

    (d)     an adjudicator within the meaning of Part 4.
