Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) Each of the following is a correctional services establishment :
(a) a "custodial correctional facility", which is one of the following:
(i) a correctional centre;
(ii) a court custody centre;
(iii) a police custody centre;
(b) a community correctional facility.
(2) A reference, in relation to a prisoner, to the custodial correctional facility, is a reference to the facility at which the person is a prisoner.
