Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsThe conditions specified in an administrative home detention permit under section 111 (d) must include the condition that the prisoner must not leave the approved residence except at times and for periods:
(a) prescribed by regulation; or
(b) otherwise permitted by the Commissioner or a probation and parole officer.
