CORRECTIONAL SERVICES ACT 2014 (NO 26 OF 2014) - SECT 16

Each of the following is a correctional services officer :

    (a)     the Commissioner;

    (b)     the General Manager of a custodial correctional facility;

    (c)     the Regional Manager of a region;

    (d)     a correctional officer;

    (e)     a probation and parole officer.
