Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The General Manager of a custodial correctional facility may, in writing, declare a thing to be a prohibited thing for the facility.
(2) The declaration has effect only while a notice is prominently displayed at each entrance to the facility identifying the thing as a prohibited thing.
