Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An employee of the Agency may direct a person who is at, or in the vicinity of, a community correctional facility to give the person's name and residential address.
(2) When giving the direction, the employee must tell the person that failure to comply with the direction is an offence.
