Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Commissioner must ensure that the information relating to the health and health care of prisoners is accessible only to persons authorised by the Commissioner.
(2) A person with access to the information must comply with the Commissioner's Directions in relation to obtaining, storing and use of the information.
